The Quest

We are all searching for more and better.  Stories are written about treasure-hunting adventures. WayQuest is one of these adventures.  It is a place to explore and have conversations about the journey we are on – the Quest for the Way – for learning how to do the right things in business and life.

I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make things better, how to improve the situation, how to make things happen, and how to help people.  The best one-word definition I can find to capture this notion is leadership.  This definition is not perfect.  It comes with a lot of baggage as we recall instances of abuse and misuse by people in the role of leader.

Nevertheless, we will land on the term leadership as we explore how we can be leaders in a better way.
